Resonance Yoga Studio offers a class for every.single.body -- and mind, and heart. All classes are for all levels. Modifications are offered to support safety, integrity, and engagement no matter WHICH class you choose.

Candlelight Yin and Deep Stretch

Low, slow, restorative practice.

Yin is sloowwww and low to the ground encouraging a deep stretch. Gentle restorative poses are held for 2-5 minutes to promote therapeutic release and healing. Yin yoga helps to increase joint circulation, improve flexibility, and decrease muscle tension. The focus is on softening connective tissue, DIS-engaging the muscles, and letting goooo.

Props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and sandbags) are available.

Suitable for all levels. Non-heated room.

Candlelight Yin with Nidra (Yogic Sleep)

Low, slow, restorative practice plus nidra.

“Nidra” means “yogic sleep.” For the last 15 minutes of class, you are guided through a full-body meditation that leaves you feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed.

This class is sloowwww and low to the ground. Yin yoga helps to increase circulation in joints, improve flexibility and mobility, and decrease muscle pain and tension. Focus on softening connective tissue, DIS-engaging the muscles, simply breathing, and letting goooo.

Non-heated room.

Props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and sandbags) are available.

Cool Slow Flow

Breathe, stretch, and flow slowwwly through traditional yoga poses.

Focus on the breath with gentle but purposeful movement. Slowing down with energy and intention fosters physical and mental restoration. This class is the perfect hybrid of flow and deep stretch.

Non-heated room.

Cool Vinyasa Flow

Full-body engagement, flow, and stretch.

Integrate breath and movement through traditional yoga poses and creative flows. A full body workout that energizes, improves posture, strengthens balance, and improves mobility,

Full-body engagement, flow, and stretch.

FREE yoga class, every other Friday. Donations are encouraged.**

Hot Power Vinyasa Flow

Full-body engagement, stretch, and flow in a 90-degree room.

Power up your potential and resonate into the best version of you. Sun salutations, warrior flows, backbends, balance, twists, and hip openers in every class. Cool-down, deep stretch, and savasana conclude every power practice.

Modifications are always offered, so even though it’s “warm,” this class is suitable for most students.

Hot Power Vinyasa Flow Express – 50 min

Full-body engagement, stretch, and flow in a 90-degree room.

Power Yoga in a compacted format to get you in and out with a full mind-body workout. Sun salutations, backbends, balancing, twists, and hip openers in every class. Cool-down, deep stretch, and savasana conclude every power practice.

Modifications are always offered, so even though it’s “warm,” this class is suitable for most students.

Hot Slow Flow

Gentle flow and stretch in a 90-degree room.

Focus on the breath with slow and intentional movement. Slowing down with energy and intention fosters physical and mental restoration. The heat can mitigate muscle release, reduce soreness, and support healthy stretching and flexibility.

Restorative Yin with Sound Bowls

A restorative Yin practice immersed in a sound experience.

Therapeutic sound bowls have healing properties that promote rest and comfort. You will leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and renewed.

Gentle poses, held for 2-5 minutes, encourage a deep stretch and release. The vibrations of the sound bowls promote a resonance in your body allowing you to sink even deeper into meditative ease.

Props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and sandbags) available.

Restorative Yin with Sound Relaxation

Low, slow, restorative practice with sound bowls.

Sink into stillness with gentle Yin postures and the soothing resonance of singing bowls. Supported by props, you will rest in long-held poses while calming sound vibrations help release tension, quiet the mind, and restore balance from within.

Wear warm, comfy clothing and arrive a few minutes early to settle in. Props (blocks, bolsters, blankets, straps, and sandbags) are available, and you are welcome to bring your own blanket or pillow for extra comfort.
