Resonance Yoga used to be “Horizon Yoga.” Before that it was “Warrior One.” None of that matters, unless of course, it matters TO YOU. Here’s what that means: if you bought a class pack or an unlimited contract during a previous incarnation of this studio, please reach out to the owner (Erin) directly for details about your specific circumstance. Every situation is different. Please just ask. We want to work with you!

All classes are booked through Mindbody. PLEASE create a Mindbody profile before attending class. Any class booked may be canceled up to 10 minutes before class without penalty. We are committed to holding a spot open for you if you register for class. No-shows will be charged.

Classes start on time. When you arrive, slip your shoes off at the door and come on in! (Bring your shoes in with you.) Your teacher will verbally check you in. Please allow 10-15 minutes before class to park, set up your mat, store your belongings, and exhale a time or two before settling onto your mat.

Allow sufficient time to park, use the bathroom, and fill up your water bottle.
Hot rooms are hot. Please bring a towel.
Please slip off your shoes before entering the studio, but DO NOT leave them outside on the porch. Please carry your shoes inside and place them in a cubby.
Silence your phone before entering the studio. Please keep phones in a cubby and not in the practice area.
Consider a digital detox for the 60-minutes that you are practicing yoga. Turning off notifications on your wrist device is not only kind to your teacher and fellow practitioners, it is kind to YOU. It’s. Only. One. Hour. You can loop back in when you’re done.

As with any physical practice, anyone with a medical condition or injury should consult their doctor before participating. It is your responsibility to inform the instructor if you are pregnant or have other concerns prior to the start of class. Please listen to the inner teacher of your body throughout class. Never overdo. Pause and breathe if you become overwhelmed. Your teacher WANTS to help you. All poses and transitions can be modified for safety and integrity.
